This section of the Privacy Policy aims to inform users and/or customers about the collection and processing of personal data provided by users when they access, browse, or use the functionalities of the portal www.chefinthehouse.es. Data Collection Mechanism

Chef in the House collects information from Users and/or Customers when they use functionalities that require the provision of certain personal data, such as, but not limited to, completing the necessary form(s) to register as a User, as well as to acquire the status of a Customer.

The complete filling out of the data required in the various forms, contracts, and/or functionalities enabled on the Portal is voluntary. However, some fields are necessary to fulfill the specific purpose of the form, contract, and/or functionality, so the refusal of the User and/or Customer to provide the required information in the mandatory fields will prevent EMOGG from processing their request.
