My cooking is deeply rooted in the Mediterranean product philosophy, with strong influences from my international journey.

Japan taught me precision, humility, and a deep respect for the culture behind the cuisine. It helped me see my Catalan roots with more clarity and purpose.

Singapore, on the other hand, taught me what it means to work with empathy. It shaped my leadership style, and introduced me to a world of new flavors: fermented, spicy, citrusy, umami-rich… These have since expanded my creative palette and refined my understanding of balance and intensity.

What I offer today is a clean, honest, technically refined cuisine, always respectful of the product — and of the people it’s made for.

What they all share is a love for gastronomy and a desire to enjoy it in an intimate, uninterrupted setting — without rushing, without dressing up, and without leaving the comfort of their space.

What made you become a private chef?

More than 20 years of cooking in professional kitchens, facing long shifts, split shifts, and working on weekends… makes you question many things. More quality time leads to better food and more satisfied customers. From now on, I want to create unforgettable moments and share everything I have learned

How do you creatively approach the creation of a personalized menu for a private event?

We use the five basic points of the design thinking method: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, test, and iterate.

First, it’s essential to understand exactly what the client needs. Once we have that clear, the creative and planning process begins. We help bring their vision to life while always respecting the seasons and what they offer.

Next, we dive into the creative phase: Where will the event take place? What are the kitchen and dining spaces like? Is it a celebration, a meeting, or a presentation? Will it be finger food or a seated menu? Every detail shapes the final design, but we follow one key rule: less is more!

Instead of mass-produced dishes, I create a customized menu that reflects your specific preferences, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. As a private chef, I am present throughout the entire process, from understanding your vision to preparing each dish on-site, ensuring a more interactive and immersive dining experience. It's not just about the food; it's about creating a unique culinary event that is entirely personalized for you and your guests

How do you maintain the same quality and presentation using a home kitchen compared to a restaurant kitchen?

I ensure the quality and presentation of my dishes in a home kitchen through meticulous preparation and adaptability. I carefully plan the menu according to the available equipment and space, bringing any specialized tools or ingredients necessary to maintain high standards. Much of the preparation is done in advance, allowing me to focus on the final details and presentation on-site. My experience in various kitchen environments enables me to adjust to any space, ensuring that each dish looks and tastes as refined as it would in a professional restaurant.
